The times they are a changing! Within the last couple years, new transportation apps have started to become more popular. You see apps like Uber, Lyft and Sidecar everywhere you go; magazines, the internet, even referenced on TV. But this begs the question....how safe are these apps?

It's the same in every city, these ride sharing apps are not legal and not following state regulations.
